Enrolling your child
You can register your interest to enrol your child with us by using the preschool enrolment registration form (Word 283KB). This form is also available from us.
Try to register your interest by 30 June, but you can do this any time during the year.
Priority will be given to children living in our catchment area. If you don’t live in our catchment area you should indicate at least 2 other preschool options on your form.
Enrolment forms will be sent out with an enrolment offer letter in term 3. You can accept the offer by filling in and sending back the acceptance slip by the due date.
Before your child starts
Once you have registered your interest in your child attending our preschool we will send out an enrolment package with an invitation to an enrolment session towards the end of term 3.
Before your child starts preschool you will both be invited to ‘come and play’ in term 4. This is a chance for you to meet the staff and other families.
We ask you to contribute towards the cost of your child attending preschool.
The parent contribution is $400 per year. You can choose to pay the total amount at the beginning of the year or to pay 4 instalments of $100 at the beginning of each term.
We offer other programs that may have an additional cost.
A concession is available if your parent contribution is paid in full before the end of week 3, term 1. If paid by this time the parent contribution is $375 per year.
When to pay
We will put the invoice in your child’s notice pocket at the beginning of each term.
Payments are due by week 4 of each term.

How to pay
You can pay by cash or cheque at the kindy. If you are paying by cash, please put the money or cheque in a sealed envelope with your child’s name on the front. Put the envelope in the fees box at the kitchen.
