Circle of security

An 8-week parenting program designed to help you recognise and respond to the needs of your young child. This program is facilitated by our family services coordinator.

Dad Factor

A 6-week program for fathers that provides support and education while promoting self-reflection and self-growth. Facilitated and supported by AnglicareSA, Dad Factor aims to inspire you to value your unique role as a father.

The Father's Journey

Facilitated by AnglicareSA, this group provides you with the opportunity to share your unique experiences and journey as a father with other dads.

Leaps and Bounds

This weekly group will support you to help your child develop their balance, coordination, and motor skills. Leaps and Bounds is facilitated by UniSA Physiotherapy. Numbers are limited so contact us to register your interest.

ACORN Parent-Infant Attachment Group

An attachment-based group for mums struggling with their mental health, and their children aged birth to 3 years. This group is facilitated and supported by AnglicareSA. A referral from your health professional is needed to attend ACORN. Further information and the referral form can be found on the Anglicare SA website or you can call them directly on 8131 3485.


This is a friendship-based support group for mums who are under 25 years old. If you have a child or are pregnant, you are welcome to attend. Mummylink is facilitated and supported by Genesis Pregnancy Support Inc.

Turning into Kids

A 6-week parenting program that helps you to better understand and support your child as they manage their emotions. We provide strategies to improve your relationship with your child and effective strategies for stronger communication. Facilitated by the our family services coordinator.

Bringing up Great Kids

A 6-week parenting program that helps you understand the development of your child's brain and emotions, and how your own experiences impact on how you parent. Facilitated by our family services coordinator.
