Enrolment and fees

Enrolling your child

You can register your interest to enrol your child with us by using the preschool registration of interest form. This form is also available from us.

Try to register your interest by 30 June, but you can do this any time during the year.

Priority will be given to children living in our catchment area. If you don’t live in our catchment area you should indicate at least 2 other preschool options on your form.

If we can give your child a place with us we’ll send you an offer letter in term 3. You can accept the offer by filling in and sending back the acceptance slip by the due date.

Before your child starts

We will contact you in term 3 about an information session that will be held early in term 4. This will be a 1-hour session where you can learn about our preschool and ask questions .

Before your child starts preschool they can come to 2 'come and play' sessions. These will be in term 4 and are a chance for your child to meet our staff and other children.

Fees

We ask you to contribute towards the cost of your child attending preschool.

The parent contribution is $200 per year. You can choose to pay the total amount at the beginning of the year or pay instalments of $50 each term. Please talk to our finance officer if you need to arrange a payment plan.

We offer other programs that may have an additional cost.

When to pay

We will send you an invoice early in term 1.

Please pay by the end of term 1.

Please speak to the business manager if you have difficulty paying.

How to pay

QKR app

The QKR app allows you to pay and make school purchases on your mobile device. Speak to us for more information.

EFTPOS or cash

Payments can be made at the finance window in the front office during these times:

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 9.15am

Monday to Wednesday 2.30pm to 3.15pm

EFT information

You can pay directly into our bank account. Please provide either your child's name, invoice number or family code so we know what the payment is for.

Centrepay

You can give authority to take regular deductions from any benefits you receive and deposit them straight into our bank account. We can send you the forms.

Instalment plan

You can pay a regular amount weekly or fortnightly by cash or EFTPOS. Please contact Sarah Spraakman, our business manager, on 8382 3057 to discuss this option.
