Enrolling your child

You can register your interest to enrol your child with us by using the preschool registration of interest form. This form is also available from us.

Once you have completed this form, please phone the kindergarten to pre-arrange a time to return the paperwork.  Along with the form, you will also need to provide your child's birth certificate and a current utilities bill, showing your current address.

Try to register your interest by 30 June, but you can do this any time during the year.

Priority will be given to children living in our catchment area. If you don’t live in our catchment area you should indicate at least 2 other preschool options on your form.

If we can give your child a place with us we’ll send you an offer letter in term 3. You can accept the offer by filling in and sending back the acceptance slip by the due date.

Before your child starts

Your child will be invited to a transition visit in term 4. This visit is an opportunity for your child to meet our educator team and other children. The date and time will be advised closer to the visit.

At this visit, families are given important information, including the parent handbook, policies and have an opportunity to ask questions.

You are also invited to a Parent Information evening to learn more about our Kindergarten. We share information about children's development and learning, the early years curriculum and how you can be involved in your child's education.


We ask you to contribute towards the cost of your child attending preschool.

The parent contribution is $800 per year. You can choose to pay the total amount at the beginning of the year or pay 4 instalments of $200 each term. This fee includes a fundraising and excursion levy.  The fundraising levy is voluntary.

When to pay

We will invoice you by week 8 each term via email.

Payments are due on the last Friday of each term (the date will be on each invoice).

Please contact us, if you are having difficulty paying. Our finance officer is available fortnightly on Tuesdays. Payments can be made by instalments over the year.

We prefer payment by EFT.

Please put your child’s full name as the reference. If paying online, please refer to your bank for payment confirmation.


If paying by cash onsite, please put the payment in a sealed envelope with your child’s full name on the front. Payments must be verified by a staff member and then placed in the locked letterbox in the kindy director's office door. We will issue a receipt for cash payments.
